do stock yj leaf-spring fit in a sj?
do they have the same lenght or are the yj springs longer?

Oh-oh here we go again. Is your's a SJ410 or SJ413 ( big difference ) and did you even try to search. This subject has been thoroughly discussed here. Better put on your flame retardin' suit.

Stock Sami springs are 37" front and rear are 39" long. YJ's are 45 3/4" long front and rear. Click on that little button above with word SEARCH on it and type in YJ springs. Maybe someone could direct him to Chris's site Azcrawler for install pix, good luck newbie.

Well Grafe, After pulling up your site I see it's a 410 ( in boarded springs ). What's that big thing behind driver's head, a muffler?

yes, it's a sj 410 and yes, it's a muffler

this is not the first board where i wrote a post.
i thoight you might give me some hints, but only directing ti the search isn't a good feat (is that word correct, found it in the dictionary

).
well, a friend gave me his stock yj springs and now i want to put them in the suzi.
so, they are longer and also wider. that's my first impression. that's why i also need new leaf spring mounting points, or?

you need new hangers, u-bolt-plates and MLs or SR in the front.

there are nice kits on the market like this:

and btw there are also german suzuki boards
