I asked Jack about him and this is what he wrote
Chris, We have been in touch. I'll see him Saturday. He's been busy with work and stuff. We have all taken alittle wheelin' break cause of the heat and new projects. Should be runnin' again soon. later, Jack

Someone told me that Chris got wacked in the head with a rock on the trails, and his little girl had to come to the rescue and pull the e-brake. I gotta get me one of those units. I heard they also retrive beer and their arms are good for fetching things our of tight spaces

hahaha! Too damn funny!
You go your stories mixed up.. Chris from Oregon had a rock picked up by his tire and hit him in the head. This little freak accident really fucked him up. He was knocked out, his daughter turned off the vehicle and pulled the e-brake. Luckily some other help was around and able to assist him. The rock hit with enough force to bust him up pretty bad. While he should have vision in his eye, they have no idea what the quality of vision will be, probably double vision. Last I heard he was still wrapped up and such. this is the Chris that usually hosts the Moab event. You know, the guy the feeds you all, and mixes up the drinks? (Has a sweet LWB) We all hope the best for him, and are glad his daughter was along for the ride that day! The other Chris, the one from AZ, is very busy right now, and in a fight with his ISP. All will be back to normal from him soon. Or so we expect.. Unless he goes wheeling with his dog and gets hit in the head.... I guess this is a step up as Chris from OR used to be confused with that whacky Chris Menierch.. Lesson to be learned.. Hmm 1) Learn your Chris', and get their stories at least 1/2 right. 2) Don't wheel with your head out the window (like we all do...) I think we have all had a rock or two (or three hundred) whiz by our heads. |
