ok i need to know a i did a r/s on my sammi (yes i took the coils off) and i need to know the wrangler springs are the 5 leaf pack and they have two milatry raps on one side and one on the other witch one do i want to face forward the two or the one rap thanks

springs
Got the same ones generaly the side with the single has the pressed in bushing which would go to the frame and the double to the shackle side but it really doesnt matter I put them on in reverse to to get the extra 1/2" pin not center on the 5 pack rear
at least they weren't on mine.

Military wrap goes on the frame mount end! It's there for safety, if the main leaf breaks you don't loose control of your axle....
![]() The military wrap also helps some with axle wrap. When the axle torques, it has to bend two full leafs instead of just one. It's still possible to bend both (I've done it), but it sure helps...

I bent a Rancho 44044 last weekend......Backing out of a whole, and it pushed my tire underneath my body.....made a 90* angle out of my spring!
