I am going to put a 94 16 valve motor in my 87 Sami. Does anyone know anything about the wiring that would help me do it myself without having to spend $400 at TT?

I looked at that giant fur ball long and hard and Bobaki even bought the FSM. In the end, I sent mine to TT. It came back so simple it was completely retard-proof, with a buffed out jx speedo. $400 is serious dough, but I think it is worth it to avoid the hassle and not damage any of those pricey efi parts. Bobaki is very good with any car stuff, and I believe he is having his done as well, but I think by Hawk.

Mas....i sent mine to TT this summer to have him do it....the guy that he had working for him messed it up, so i ended up taking the old wiring harness apart, getting the Chiltons manual with the new harness.....and after about 10 hours i had a new wiring harness all in the same loom....cut out all of the stuff that you dont need, it really wasnt too bad...just time consuming.

RudeZuke Can you tell me the collor of the wires that are used from the 16valve wiring. If I remember there is only four wires, and what wires do I tap into on the Sami wiring?
Thanks

Mas, you saw the bundle of wires there....there is no way i could tell you off the top of my head.....I would get the chiltons manual and go wire by wire if you wanted to do it.....All my stuff is installed in loom...i cant see any of it.
