Post YJ spring update

I've been playin' with some 2.5" lifted Pro Comp springs and they where to tall and stiff for what I wanted. I took them apart and used the top two Pro Comp leafs(half military wrap) with one lower leaf off the stock 4 leaf spring, making a 3 leaf pack. I put the truck back on the ground and she sat 3/4" higher than with the stock 4 leaf packs Perfect! The springs seem stiffer and should still flex good. I'll try and get a flex shot when I'm done......Still have to install the Trail Tough YJ missing link front with 2 top stock leaves and 2 lower Pro Comp??? We'll see if that works or not

Once you get that front end put together we need to setup a run with those Santa Rosa guys. I'm curious how the TT kit will work and I've been wanting to see Poppy's, Scwafish's, and the other's rigs out there.

If the leafs you have left don't work out well let me know. I have four 4 leaf packs here. I'm planning on seperating them out to add another leaf to the rear of mine. You could try throwing in a leaf or two from these packs.

Hey Mark,
Sounds like a plan, Last I saw of scwafish's ride it was just a rolling frame....I really nice rolling frame that is! As for my rig, I'm working one more day a week now and finding time to wrench sucks. I'll see if I can finish up the rear today and get started on the front. Dan's been wheelin for a month now out in Colorado and South Dakota so getting anything welded or fabbed has to wait till he comes back.....hopefully soon!!
