Heya, Folks!
Fairly new here. Haven't posted in the zuk section yet. Well, here it goes. Mostly been posing in the General Chit-Chat forum, because I didn't yet have any questions or input dealing with wheeling. Well, now I'm getting my front end in. I've got my t-case and axle, and I am going to put some heavy duty springs in under it for an extra 2 inches. Then I'm gonna give it a 3 inch body lift. I'll be clearing 33's. What next? Remember, I'm new to wheeling. I couldn't pick a line if it was drawn for me in magic marker, but I have a good teacher. Thanks guys! <IMG SRC="smilies/usa.gif" border="0">

Done correctly a 3" body lift is not a problem. Just make sure you add supports under the drivers seat and above the rear axle. this will help distribute the weight.
Why are you going with stiff springs? why not spoa with stock ones, or YJ? Flex is a good thing, and lockers would be the next item on your list. |

Already got a Fosi locker ready to go in. Saved a bit of money on it to. Oh, yeah, getting it for nothing. The lift and springs are because of my room mate. First it was his idea. Second he's giving me parts. Free is always good.
Next, I'm gonna have to find a locker for the front.
