The Zuk is Alive!! Put everything together and went for a little test run at Prairie City OHV and I dont have a front drive line yet (not till wednesday) and It was still amazing!!!
A couple things i need to fix are....Power steering (went out my last trip), rear shackles (need the anti kick back one...i can flatten the rear springs and the shackle will stay flat.)....but that is it so far....I tried to beat it up pretty hard out there...and it just kept going!! <IMG width=608 height=456 SRC="http://www.pirate4x4.com/ubb/uploads/shota.JPG"> <IMG width=608 height=456 SRC="http://www.pirate4x4.com/ubb/uploads/shotb.JPG"> <IMG width=608 height=456 SRC="http://www.pirate4x4.com/ubb/uploads/shotc.jpg"> <IMG SRC="smilies/bounce.gif" border="0"> <IMG SRC="smilies/bounce.gif" border="0"> <IMG SRC="smilies/bounce2.gif" border="0"> <IMG SRC="smilies/bounce2.gif" border="0">

What back-spacing are you running on your wheels? I want to convert to Wagoneer's over the winter, but I'm going to keep my 15x8 MRT's beadlocks w/ 2" b/s. I'm thinking of 35x12.50 MT/R's or 36x12.50 SX's with the new axles, too. <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0"> ~Steve

Maybe it was said B4, but what do you have to do to keep the axles full witdh? I was measuring up a set the other day and if you put the RS spring in the front housing pad it will be too far to the LS. Did you move out your spring mounts?

Poppy, those are the 44044's....I love em!!! They come a 6 pack but i took out the bottom spring and they work pretty damn awesome for this being there first trip!!! Fully aired up, i can pull up on a 36" sx like nothing!!! Get rid of the OME, and get some 44044's on there...they are 2" longer than wranglers and flex alot more!!!
Doug O Well my spring mounts have been moved before, but the rears are 34" and the fronts are 28.5"...I had a custom front chevy housing made for the front to be like that and to match the rear end.....Also Wagoneer fronts are set up SPUA, and Chevy is SPOA.
