Not sure on the year but i know it is a carb one. it is a soft top (think the windows are starting to yellow fairly strait sheet metal. has lift springs on it but not sure what type. They guy wants 500 for it. Says it needs a tranny an ignition switch and a roter. (guessing for the motor and not the brakes) He drove it everyday up until a few weeks ago when the tranny went. bought a new car and wants to get rid of it. what would be a good price to pay for it. I am also guessing the mialage is farly high as well cause he drove it everyday for the past few years atleast.

Tell him you'll give him $400 cash. I guess it would be a good builder. Heck, you'd want to swap out a bigger motor/tranny one day anyway. <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0"> ~Steve
PS--- Remember me from RRORC??? I haven't been there in a few months as I now wheel my Sammy.

Hows it going.
I can only take my ranger so far on wheeling trips due to size an lack of gearing. I figure I can get a sammi nice and cheap start building it and see what happens. By the time you are done building something theirs not much stock left. Now if I could convince my parents I NEED a sammuri and then borrow the money from them to get it. Guess I will have to keep working on them. Matt
