Crankshaft Center Pulley Bolt
Hey I need to know the thread size and pitch of the crankshaft center bolt for the lower pulley. The center bolt looks like a 12mm and has a 17mm head, but I don't know the threat pitch or length of bolt. If it is not a common bolt can you tell me where I can get one? Just putting my engine back together and can't find the old bolt. Thanks for your help!

bolt
I'll go pull mine out in the morning and pm you back, if you like. I think I got a metric pitch gauge. You can get one easy I'm sure by calling S and L bolt in Lafayette la. they should have it, if not you're better off calling the dealer. the bolt shop is 337-235-5596. james
and no, it's not a common bolt, what bolt on a sammy is? seems like all the stores got is SAE and a couple of metrics.

James Thanks fro the info onthe bolt. I was able to get a hold of suzukijohns and suzukispecialists. Sean with SUZUKISPECIALISTS@cox.net had one for $6 shipping priority mail. Suzuki John was $9.50. You are right nothing on these Samurais are common! Let me know what you find. -=TOM=-
