Stuck transfer case w/Rocky-Road 2low option

This weekends wheeling event was almost over before it started.

A while ago I purchased and installed the modified shift fork to get 2lo.

http://www.rocky-road.com/2low.html

However, The shifter got stuck and would only go into 2hi or 4hi and would not shift into Neutral or 2lo or 4lo.

A couple of guys came to the rescue and helped me pull the shifter out, check the sheet (which was fine) and then move the shift levers manually and put it into 4lo and reassemble.

I was able to run the weekend, aside from my other engine problems in 4lo.

I can't shift now so I have to figure out why.

Anybody else seen this with the Rocky-Road 2Lo option in their shifters?

I'll continue to fiddle with it but wonder what more I can do.

Suggestions?

You shit-canned the detent ball between the rails right? Aside from that, you're just gonna have to take it apart and try to shift it and see what's stopping you.

Rocky Road's 2 low uses all the balls.
