How much power can a Transfer case withstand
I am looking into swaping in a 3vze Toyota V6 and am wondering how much power you can safely put through a suzuki Transfer case. The case has 6.1 gears in it. Just wondering if anybody knows so that if it can't handle it i can built up a yota one

My bosses son had a stock T-case with re-enforced Torque plates... He has busted the HOUSING of the T-case about 4 times already(at the point of mounting.)
He also has a 114 HP 1.6 in it too.

I've snapped an output shaft clean off with a 1.6 8v, 6.5:1 in the transfer case and 36s with 4.10 yota axles.
