Tractor Samurai

Samurai with 18.4-16.1 tractor tires. They measure about 43x18 without full air pressure.

These are on Deepmud's samurai.

This samurai looks plain mean... Those tractor tires don't even look big!

I'm working on a Suzuki Sidekick buggy that will use a tire slightly larger. Toyota axles, and a 4 door style body made out of tube.

I made a special link just for Erik:

There are some neat flex pictures.

If its OK with Erik I have a cool video too.

Who ever thought a Samurai would make tires look small? Those are 43x18" tractor tires!

It's almost time for "the build thread" on POR but I move sooooo slow I have been holding off

It's an intercooled VW 1.9TDI with a mechanical injection pump, bolted to a Toyota W56, to Toy axles to 4.88 gears, LONGFIELDS (duh, tho' Bobby isn't crazy about tractor tires on his parts, lol) - One-link (with panhard, so really two, but whatever) front and rear. Extended frame, 108 wheelbase, lots of work left to do, but it moves, stops, and turns. The tractor tires are a loan from Logjam - I figure if I get them to clear my 39.5 boggers will never be a problem.
