My last shrockworks purchase

I made my last shrockworks purchase. After purchasing front and rear Samurai bumpers as well as slidders for the same, and purchasing slidders for the 2 door Tracker (which came with no hardware or instructions) and a front Tracker bumper (which took 2 months later than promised to get) a set of 4 door slidders that arrived with no brackets or hardware or instructions (i wanted brackets unwelded due to measurement issues with the first set) I received the slidders fine (delay didn't matter as I didn't even have a 4 door yet) never got the hardware or the brackets. I didn't call right away thinking they would arrive later. Days go by and I lost forgot about them. I know have my 4 door and Jim wants to charge me for stuff I didn't receive. What is it with vendors these days its like rocky road syndrom more amd more vendors are catching it. Jim has seen the last dollar I will ever spend with him. Buyers be forewarned.

I bent over backwards to help and accommodate this guy. Custom modifications to products, allowing for payment after the product was made etc. etc. He waited until six weeks after delivery to call and say he never received one of the boxes. FedEx will not allow a claim after 30 days, and they show it as having been delivered.

He expects me to eat it and send a replacement at no cost. I offered to split the cost, charge him only $26 and send out a replacement. He tried to blackmail me with posting this kinda crap.

I've had enough. I'm not eating this.....and I wouldnt sell you anything else even at double the price.

I'll let our record over the past four years speak for itself.

First 2 Zuk bumpers and slidders no problema at all. Tracker 2 door slidders ordered before spring Zuhwarrie no hardware no intsuctions you were made aware of it I never recieved anything. Front Tracker bumper 3 1/2 month wait 2 month past your promised date, 5 hours of grinding later my Warn 9.5TI fits. Tracker 4 door slidders no hardware or brackets. Except for you not completing the 4 door slidders as to my request what did you do custom for me? As far as money goes the only thing not paid for at time of order was the 4 door slidders. Reason...you had $550 of mine for a total of 3 1/2 months while I was waiting for my front bumper and I wasn't giving you anymore until I recieved something. The only one getting bent over is your customers.

What's with customers thinking they don't have to do anything but cry if the whole order does not come?

You are a fuck tard thinking Jim is responsable for the stuff not making it. Take it up with FEDEX Oh yea you blew that chance by waiting too long

2 orders with missing parts by the second order it was getting old. I thought he was a stand up guy and he was made aware of it before the time frame was up. Days went by not weeks.

so what your saying is you had ample time (6 months) to inspect the package and see if anything was missing. You failed to do so, and under the law after a reasonable time to inspect the product you accepted it in the condition it was delivered in. You didn't inspect the product, you didn't inform the seller anything was missing, and fedex will not touch a claim if it was process over 30 days ago. If you would have informed the vendor within that time he could have filed a claim with fedex and fedex could have fixed their mistake (if the vendor has proof he actually sent the part). Since you didn't inspect the product (something you should do whenever you receive a package) it is your error and you should eat the replacement costs. I'm sorry, but bringing this up 6 months after the order was places is ridiculous.

Shrock do you have a tracking number or proof you sent the package he didn't receive?

If you knew what you were talking about which you dont. I fronted someone on there (and here) a brand new hydro assist package from PSC to which he was to pay me for it, after just over a year he sent said parts back to me with some missing components and a painted ram that I could no longer return for credit or sell as new because he couldn't afford it.

hey powerchoke, your a fool. do you really think disputing the charge 6 months after YOU failed to follow up on YOUR mistake is gonna work?

and why do you need instructions anyways? if you can't figure out how to mount a bumper and/or rocksliders, oh boy...

I actually remember our shipping guy having this ready (it was an odd order) and helped load this into the FedEx truck. I know it sounds wierd but after double and triple checking "he wants the stuff unwelded?"...it sets in. The sliders went bare steel with a tag and a box with the brackets and hardware were all put on the same truck at the same time. When we finally got to researching this after a call the FedEx site shows the brackets were delivered 10 minutes earlier than the sliders (FedEx guy must have found the sliders after leaving). But being informed at the point we did there was no way to do anything?

If you didn't call right away, then its seems to me that its your fault for not noticing an issue. This is not tech, this is an attempt at starting a pissing match.
