Someone made a quick run of them, maybe 12 and they were all bought i think. You can try to talk rockrat from Rock4xfabrications to build one.

If they were 50 or less, i'd be up for purchasing one.
They wouldnt really be hard to design, and the extra steel in the middle could be made into gussets, tabs, and other things that can be sold.

TT's Mighty Kong case adds a lot of strength, it's not wrap around but I think it would help significantly.

Hill billy Rock Krew had sold a billet case for the samurai transfer case. I was going to link a pick for you but I see that there web site is down. www.hbrk4x4.com is the site. Maybe contact Rudezuk on the board if you wanted to go that route. He is the owner of HBRK I believe.

Tipover is the guy that made the SAM box, whish is an entire billet rear half, VERY NICE UNIT. As for The Spine on Chris's case he added that to the Forrest bucket that we sell.

x2! Were you just using the stock arms, or some kind of beefed mount that tied both arms together?
You could also look into a Tracker doubler (like the Kicker3 or the Rat Reduction Box) which ties the sami t-case to a tracker t-case -> this greatly reduces the stress on the sami case

I'm about to run the same setup. I remember hard mounting the t-case behind the kick doubler I got from Rockrat but I wasn't completely comfortable with the stress the housing might have to endure from the added torsion. Well the quick and easy fix was beefy arms and mounting hardware and then a weld on bucket from Rockrat. This bucket seems to absorb a lot of the torsion and twist taking it off of the housing. Hopefully I will not experience the same problem.

In a married setup - you don't want to hard mount the t-case, that only works when divorced.

Lets be honest if you dropped a sammy case on the ground its likely to crack. I'm aware that blunt trauma is different than torsion but its just goes to show how thin the housing wall is. I'm going to say my theory is just like the deflection you see in a ring gear and pinion teeth your seeing the same type of forces at work against the gears inside the housing. Cage bearings and the shafts inside the case will try and do their job but the housing may need help keeping itself together under such forces. Builds look different than years ago with sammy drivetrain. Toy axles gave confidence for bigger tires. The engine is underpowered so its light and has trouble hurting the drivetrain but 6.5 gears and big tires says do something to help out the t-case IMO. Its not a costly fix and I'm not saying its bulletproof just a lot better.
