yes! it came with a real nice quiet electric fan
yea i was planning on the headers and exhaust y shave the head? wont my gas milage get shittier if i go with a cam? and i know u said ignore the post above but if i had to say why i want more power it would be because of mudding, "riding sand" (thats whaat we call driving on the sand here in hawaii), and highway...the power for crawling is real good already...my steering wheel also feels kinda loosey goosey...whats that mean? its from a kick and it turns my 37's surprisingly good but the steering wheel is loose and kinda turns to the right a little bit...why is that so? |

where are you in the rev range when riding the dunes?
How many RPM when you cruise on the highway? We need to know where in the rpm range you are so we can recommend how to add power. The doug thortley header will add top end power. I'd assume you have a 2" exhaust already? Do you have a THROUGH FLOW muffler? Chaimbered (flow master, etc) mufflers do NOT flow as well as through flow mufflers (think cherry bomb, but in a standard muffler size..). The electric fan you have freed' up a few ponies already. My vote: Dough thortley header 2" or 2" 1/8" exhaust HIGH flow cat mandrel bent exhaust free flowing muffler and a nice cone filter. Maybe a 25 shot of nitrous is in order? 50 is too big for the 1.6 imo It'd be worth it to spend some time on a dyno, checking to see where and how much power you can get from doing different things.

You ask for more power im telling you how to get more power if you want better gas mileage then put less strain on the engine like flowing better. Also getting the best spark for optimal burnBut tell me why a shaved head would get less gas per mile
