Alright I did a search and came up with a lot of conflicting OPINIONS no real fact I even searched int he Heep section holy shit what a bunch of Fawkin cry babies they cant seem to agree on anything. makes me very happy to be on this side of the fence
anyway who knows what the spring rate is on a factory YJ spring

Procomp springs for the YJ are 195 /188 . I don't know which is front or back for sure but I'm guessing 195 is front.

Couldn't find stock

I think i remember the stock being like 135-150.....I think that is pretty acurate too!
