hello do yous in the usa get silverstone 4x4 tyres?

i have a set of 33 10.5 15s and they measure 31 tall

the dealer says.

" because it is a Bias Belt Tyre when first fitting they will be under the size it will be under mesurement but will strech back after use "

just woundering if any of yous run these tyres to see if he is bull s**ting me

I'm not familiar with that tire. If it has a weak sidewall, or if it's rated for a lighter vehicle then the tire will compress. Especially if it has a nice domed top that they count towards the overall diameter of the tire. I've never heard of a tire stretching to a larger size as it wears. Generally if a tire stretches it's going to baloon out the sides, not get taller.

Had the same problem here in Australia with those tyres. I'd take them back and ask for a refund. The MT117 sports actually measure up correctly, but not the extremes.

well the dealer doesnt want to no,so i contracted another deal who said he would buy them off me and i will buy the 35s 11.5 which he says are 34.

Many tires do not measure their full advertised height, but that seems low to me for sure. As for it them growing over time, then yes they are full of shit.

haha tyres is how it is spelt in English.

the extremes are known for being a bit dodgy with there 33" tyres. i have a set of 31X10.5 and they are fine. my next set will be the 35X10.5 extremes.
