Want to put coilovers on a Samy lite body with a BMW 4 cylinder 1.8 engine. Wondering what rate springs others are running. Looking at 14" f-o-a's 2.0 with 175/250 front, 150/250 rear. Any input would be great.

I would say those #'s are a little high
I'm running 200/150 with a 4.3/ 6 cyl.
FOA's spring calc. is real accurate...
