wiring offroad lights to stock switch
ok got some 5 inch KC apollo lites, driving and long range, 55w, my thinking is put the driving lights to replace the stock lights and hook those up to my side marker wiring, that when i turn on the lights those will come on, then to wire the long range lites uo to hi beam, that way can have just driving lites on, or if more light needed have all 4 on at same time, see no reason it shouldn't work, the lights also have fuseable links in place

Use a a relay on each set. This way you don't overload stock wiring, and the aftermarket lights are powered right from the battery. Its simple to do.

so you got a pair of lights that come on with the marker lights?
and one that comes on with high beams? what about low beams? seems you could hook 'em all to the headlight wires, that way you could have marker lights on without any headlights. could come in handy. you know, for when your girl makes you go tour the neighborhoods with all the christmas lights and everybody's hating on you cuz your headlights won't go out.......
