Made by General electric, has a 1000w bulb(has 1 working one in it right now.) Has a clamp mount(3 set bolts) that fits 3" OD round tube. Adjusts/tilts forward and back.
Has a 110 cord and plug on it
The picture of me in it with it lit up is when its not even dark yet. I had this in my old shop when one of my shop light burnt out and never got around to changing it because this one worked SO much better.

Doubles as a gnat(stupid pesky flying bugs) killer too, they go towards the light and get burnt and bounce off.
