ROGUE Alpha air/hydro tubing bender, $595 with 1.75 or other die set

^CLICK on this picture, it is a link to our web page.

The Rogue Fab Tube Bender kit w/dies is only $645! (3.5/4.5 CLR only, 6.0 is an upgrade)
This bender includes the BASE, it includes a built in accurate DEGREE INDICATOR, and it includes (1) 180 degree die!

180 degree Die sets in 3.5-"4.5" CLR are $199 shipped, no sales tax, no handling fees, no sale required... this is every day!
Size range for 3.5 CLR is .5" to 1.125" (1/2" to 1 1/8")
Size range for 4.5 CLR is 1.00" to 1.75" (1" to 1 3/4")
We even have dies that bend 2 sizes at this price! Like our 3/4 and 7/8 round combo die.

Larger 180 degree Die sets in 6.00" CLR are $349-399 shipped:
Size range for 6.0 CLR is 1.00" to 2.00"

Finally there is an affordable solution to bending tube without mounting the bender the ground, buying adapter kits for hydraulic cylinders, or requiring you to rip on a 4 foot bar while you try to read a degree wheel you can’t even reach. Our kit comes with EVERYTHING you need except the air/hydraulic cylinder, which is available nearly everywhere at Harbor Freight for about $80 (without paying shipping). Our Rogue Fab Bender bends vertically to save space in your shop. It can bend the first 90 degrees without pulling any pins or using any ratchet mechanism (then you re-pin to bend more). It is portable! This tool is Made in the U.S.A. out of US made metal/materials and packaged in US made boxes. We back our rock-solid engineering with the fastest shipping and best customer service and tech support in the industry. We will ship your order in 1 business day 99% of the time. Don't take our word on the customer service, call us and see for yourself: 503-389-5413.

Our benders can keep up with your business. We offer our tube benders fully assembled and powder coated (additional cost), and with complete tooling packages and professional 1200+ lb capacity bender carts for large fabrication shops. We also have a 2HP double acting fully engineering electric/hydraulic power system that has 2 adjustable auto stops for precision manufacturing of repeat parts. We get absolutely amazing rates on LTL freight. We would be happy to get your tools palletized and delivered to your loading dock.

VIDEOS OF OUR TOOLS<--- LINK

Here is our bender on one of our Elite carts with the optional 2HP Electric Hydraulic upgrade and optional 195 degree adjustable Auto Stops (We also have a mount that attaches our VersaNotcher to our carts):

We have 30+ dies that fit this bender. There are many options to allow you to bend 4130 Chromoly, Pre-Polished stainless (including low carbon 316) without a scratch, aluminum, and of course pipe, square tube, DOM, HREW, and solid bar stock. Did you notice the chunk of 1.75 SOLID ROUND BAR bent to 90 degrees?:

Here is our tradesman set, $1699 as a weld together kit without the $80 ram, with a range of dies from 1 inch to 2 inch (1/4" sizes). That is a bender AND (5) 180 degree dies for $1649! (2.00x6.00, 1.75x6.0, 1.50x4.5, 1.25x4.5, 1.0x3.5)

Here is the $645 weld together kit (shown assembled and painted):

Just so you all know, the old thread's title was not responding to editing in the search results and thread listings... so we deleted it and started over.

Here is the Q&A from the other thread:
  • Will the 1.75 die bend .095 wall: Not the 4.5 CLR die. The 6.00 CLR one does.
  • can someone order additional clamps to help keep track of multi-plane bends? YES!
  • Square dies? YES! And we make dies based on demand. Let us know what you want.
  • What is your warranty? We guarantee that the unit will work well/as-described and that you can bend what we advertise with it. No tubing bender lasts forever, and ALL pressure dies are a wearing part like a brake pad on a car. If you wear through a pressure die quicker than you think is fair or bend something, give us a call and we will make it right. We are a good company that stands behind our products.
  • Does it bend .250 wall 1.75 tube? YES! with the HD kit, $49-$65.
  • Bend angle on a single shot? 96 degrees
  • Military discount? Yes, PM us.
  • International shipping? Yes, PM us.

And here is a few ads that run on our web page about our bender and tools, the links work :

Awesome! Another suggestion, look into an affordable electric over hydraulic setup! I borrowed a friends air over hydraulic and it was painfully SLOW! I pushed it aside and bolted the manual bender down

1.75"x5.625"CLR..........count me in for one of these if testing confirms .095 bends properly.

The bender worked on 1.75x.095 DOM with the 5.625 CLR die, bent to about 190 degrees. This image captures the distortion at the start of the bend. A longer pressure die should solve this problem. We will update again once we have new parts.

We're going to try to get 2.00x.120 to bend on a 5.625 radius later this year. What wall thickness do you bend in 2"?

Nice work from what I can see. Saw the you tube vid also. I'd like to see more pictures of the various pieces of the bender and some more pics of the bender from different angles and positions.
Also, which HF ram are you using?

This looks like a superior design compared to the bending arm design. I really like this. Can't wait to see what it does with the thick stuff. Keep up the good work.

We're glad you asked. These are coarse 3/8 threads machined over an inch deep in aircraft grade 6061 billet aluminum. They are not as strong as steel, but they are pretty beefy, and there are 20+ full threads that would have to yield and fail. We have tried to strip them with a standard length box wrench (about 6" long), and we couldn't do it. With a ton of use, and too much force, it could be possible to wear them out. There is room for thread inserts to be used for repair in the threaded die, which should last a lifetime.

If one of our loyal customers ever strips one of these out, we will send them another die that has steel thread inserts in it, along with a pre-paid envelope so they can return the damaged unit to us without spending their hard earned money. Hard earned money should be spent on tube, weld wire, and more die sets! This solution should minimize any down time.
