The TN-300 tubing notcher is great for anyone looking to notch from ¾ inch to 3 inch outside diameter tube or pipe. This notcher is an industrial grade hole saw type notcher that provides precise notches between 0 and 60 degrees, including offset notches. The rugged notching vise uses a V-Jaw design that allows the part to stay on center with the cutter, as well as providing a better hold for round profiles. It has a quick release taper lock system that allows it to be adjusted to a new angle in seconds.



It is bench mounted and has a 1/2 HP 110V motor attached to an industrial grade oil filled gearbox, which will make quick work of any notch. It will accept any standard hole saw, which will allow you to save money by sourcing locally. The heavy duty cutting head is fed into the material with a large feed wheel. What makes this notching machine unique is that the head of the machine moves on a track of precision V-Bearings, which combined with the large hand wheel makes notching any material a breeze.
