Attention!!! Our Pro3 benders are now made with 1/2" thick plate steel and the new starting price is $499 Please visit our new website for details: http://www.probender.com We are new here at Pirate4x4.com and looking to earn your business. We have been recommended and urged by Bend Tech and the 12voltguy.com to become a vendor on pirate4x4!! They feel that we have created a product that fulfills a niche in this market. Before checking out the video here are some points on why we feel our product stands out form other benders on the market: 1) Does a 90 degree bend without pulling a pin. (on most dies) This bender will do 180 degree bends with dies that are made to do 180 degree bends only. 2) Hydraulic ram 3) Can work with or without air compressor 4) Vertical bends taking up less room in the shop 5) Accurate with in 1/2 a degree 6) Smaller foot print then a moving dolly 7) Movable if so desired (no need to bolt it to your floor) 8) Retractable arms 9) Accepts both JD2 or PRO TOOL dies 10) Automatic stop (coming soon!!) ![]() Watch our bender in action!! Just click on the link!! Pro 4 Tube Bender From ProBender.Com - YouTube New 4,000 PSI Electric/Hydraulic Pump & Ram Package for the ProBender Benders Now for only $999.95 extra you can order your Pro3 or Pro4 with the 4,000 PSI Electric/Hydraulic Pump & Ram Package. So for the guys that don't want to run the bender with air you can just plug it into the 110v wall socket. With this addition we know that you cannot find a better bender on the market for the money. Period.![]() To add the 4,000 PSI Electric/Hydraulic Pump & Ram Package your bender order? Just check it as an option that you want for your new bender. You guys have asked for it and here it is... We are now selling the Pro32 that can bend 2" x .250 wall DOM tubing. For a limited time I am going to sell it for $679 and I will be starting a new tread in order to have a drawing to win one a New Pro32. ![]() ![]() BENDING 2" X .250 WALL DOM ON THE PRO32 BY PROBENDER.COM - YouTube

We have had really good success with the ones that we have sold. It was based off similar designs that I have seen about 5 years ago. I built it for my shop and have been using the current design (3/8" Pro3) for about 4 years every day building buggies. I have a offer out to 12voltguy to test it and give a independent review here on pirate4x4. He is waiting to get more space and will let me know. But if you talk to Dean over at Pro Tool he has talked to customers of mine and had only good things to say about the bender. I asked Dean if it was OK to post his number if members had any questions. Dean (Pro Tool) (813-766-2486)

I have been getting PM about what is the difference between the Pro3 and the Pro4... Just wanted to post the difference.
The Pro3 version of the bender is made with 3/8" plate steel. The Pro4 (BRUTE) version of the bender is made with 5/8" plate steel. All the other aspects of the bender are the same.

you should update your 1st post showing this is not just a 90* bender
many vert types will only do a 90* bend I know you can do at least 180*, same as any other JD3 pro tools

Hope all goes well. We have the JD2 version if you ever feel the need to go to a vertical design or upgrade to a hydraulic setup.

I've currently got a JD2 manual and would love to upgrade but don't quite want to spend 799 plus the ride. I'd be happy to do a write up, take a lot of pictures, and post the info on all the 4x4 sites I visit for a discount.

The Pro3 was designed with the pocket book in mind and to do 1/2"-2" .120 wall.
Please Note: All dies have a wall thickness rating. Please see the link below for the ratings. http://www.probender.com/Die_Sets.htm But if you are looking to do pipe or over 1 1/2" thick or chromemoly/DOM you should go into the Pro4. That is why we built the Pro4 "Brute". It is better suited for the job.

How much air PSI and CFM does it take to run? All you have to do is open the ball valve for the cylinder to start bending?
Thanks, Mike

The ram does not have specs on the minimum CFM and PSI, but most 120 PSI air compressors will do the job. And yes all you have to do is open the ball valve for it to start bending.

My Wife said I could throw down for a Bender this Christmas. I am not sure which bender I want, but she gave me the go-ahead for one in your price range. I would be wiling to buy a Pro-3 if you would throw in a Notcher. If you can do this - PM me and we will begin the order process. I would go with the Pro/JD2 with base.

I would love to be able to throw in a notcher but the margin's are not there. We keep our margins low in order to offer the best possible product at the best possible price.
Here is the deal that I am running if you are a forum member. ***Mention you saw our ad on Pirate4x4 and receive 15% off any Pro Tool die sets and also receive a FREE digital angle finder at time of purchase. This applies to only the Pro 3 and the Pro 4 BRUTE benders*** Let me know if you are still intrested in the Pro3-JD2
