We now offer replacement bearings for the HF tubing roller that can be purchased as a replacement set of (4) or they can be ordered with the die sets.

We are proud to announce that we have two new sizes of dies up on our shelf's.

2.00" Round Tube Dies to replace the HF die

Universal Flat Plate "Smooth Die". This Die set will allow you to roll up to 3.00" wide material with out leaving any set screw marks in your flat bar.

The Universal Flat Plate "Smooth Die" has 1/2" wider non drive dies than our standard die sets, we then machined out the internal bearing cut out 1/4" deeper per side. This allowed us to maximize the width of material that you can roll with the HF tubing roller, and still allowed you to use the the factory spacers that came with your machine.

In stock ready to ship out today.

I thought I'd post this here I have found a second use for your dies thanks Troy these have saved me a lot of headache

Everyone that has a draw type tubing benders knows all about mild steel galling when it bends. I fucking hate it! we strive to produce clean bends and have done everything to try to prevent the tube galling up. Every type of lube out there and over time it starts to gall again. i have found a few lubes that work for a wile but not long enough for my taste. I polish the follow block about every 15 to 20 bends and i got sick of it.

So I've been doing a little thinking and came up with this.

It's 1/4" plate wrapped around the 1.75" SWAG roller dies. I've seen that some of the higher end benders have this type of follow so i thought I'd give it a try and I'm glad i did.

We don't, I have a back log of several videos I need to kick out. Maybe someone will chime in that has those dies.
