Floating (digital) torch height control (great for thinner steel)

Comes with frame, slats, gantry, precision ground rails, motors and mounting hardware, software.

Cutting 3/8 steel at 80imp. Thats a 3/4" hole for an axle bracket with a 4.5" tube. The bracket is HUGE and the cut time...23 seconds

do you have dual drive on the X? stepper or servo?

I actually just watched the Plasma CAM video today and wasn't impressed too much, esp. with the price. I've started on a table for my own and can finish to meet the requirements of your gantry, rails, etc. if you'd be willing to put an "economy" package together (rails, electronics, motors, software, etc.)

Dual drive X and stepper. Servos require a gear or belt reduction due to their high speed in rapid mode. I think we could do a "economy" package in the near future. I will bring it up tomorrow and see what floats

How about some pictures of pieces that were cut on these table and details about the plasma that was used. Do you need a machine torch or is it set up for a hand torch? I miss having access to one of these so bad, this could actually be a affordable option. Do these ship with the casters as well? That would be nice in my 24x36 garage.

One thing about the plasma cam I like it the ability to scan pictures and cut out images. Does you software have the same features?
