I want to give a big thanks to Matt and the guys at Bulltear. We recieved our new assembled 4 x 8 table last Thursday. By Monday we were cutting parts. I was impressed with the hd construction of the table and not expecting to get some of the features like the magnetic torch mount.

We have already used this table to prototype Chevy LS Hydraulic engine mounts for the YJ and TJ, something we did with an Ironworker previously.

Our first cuts were so clean we are producing parts for our JK LS kits. We were using Laser and WJ cut parts till now; however, I find these plasma cuts entirley acceptable.

Great news! It is easier to have us do a full assembly with the PC and plasma *if its in the budget. We need pics and video of the table! We have tons of customers out there but rarely get any feedback. I suspect they are too busy cutting.

Here is a somewhat crappy video taken with my phone. Sorry the sound dispappeared. This is 1/4" @ 75ipm. We are cutting 1/8" @ 190 ipm.

The table has been flawless so far, we have gone through several tips already. The steppers and gantry seems to run smoother the more we run it.

We had one occation where a cut part stood up and the torch hit it and dilodged the magnetic mount. We reset the torch and finished the program.
