What makes this table so fast and accurate is that it uses the latest motion control hardware capable of morphing from micro step to full step without delay and with supreme accuracy. This means we have a very very fast rapid move and equally as fast feed rates. We do ot use limit switches on our tables due to the possible installation error or switch error that may cause crash damage to your machine. We instead use a gear rack tailored to the travel of the machine so if you over travel the gear comes off the rack and the machine slides top a stop against our limit travels with zero damage.

We are all set and shipping all current orders on tuesday. We are streamlining our operation so we arent going to be out more than a week from the time you place the order to the time it ships.

Our 2x2 and 3x2 are the fastest of the smaller machines and have the best user interface available. These machines use open source software so your never left in the dust. They are also complete when shipped and everything is included so you dont get dinged on buying extras just to get yourmachine running. We are cutting with one at 500ipm right now and it doesnt even squint. Do the math, run the numbers and make an informed decision if your looking at a small CNC plasma table...nothing comes remotely close.

Absolutely! The height sensor is already wired in and ready for DTHC. Their are several versions of DTHC control out there and it can be added without any additional modifications to the table. This was a consideration - to allow users to choose their DTHC. Of course we can offer a DTHC control that will allow 500+IPM feeds with the table but the price goes up $600.

These tables come standard with auto pierce height control. The Z axis rapids down and touches off the material, rapids up to pierce height then feeds to cut height and this motion is repeated with every new pierce or start of new cut. This extends consumables many times when compared to a set by hand method and the operator only has to push a button. This will lead to better cut quality and DTHC will lead to the best cut quality possible without going to a Hydef system.

Very nice....I'm impressed that you have an entry level machine with pierce height control features. You are correct that it will dramatically increase consumable life as well as cut quality in comparison to machines without an auto pierce height control.

Any updates from those who have purchased? I'm looking at this and the Torchmate 2x2. The 2x3 table would be nice, so I want to hear some real world experience with this table.

have it, works great. there was a little fiddling at first, but im sure Bulltear has that resolved, as i think i had one of the earliest units. The problem was in instructions in setting up the software were inadequate, not the physical machine. pm me if you want to chat.

the z control is the biggest selling point over the torchmate....it will move up to a rapid height between pierces to keep clear of tipped parts...as well as set torch height for each cut. on long pieces, you still have to make sure the part is perfectly level. i plan on adding torch height control based on arc voltage in the near future so this is not as critical.

THIS is a huge asset that you ONLY will appreciate if you have it! I didn't have my Bulltear 4x4 settings high enough at first, and almost screwed up a 34" ships wheel sign that took me 10 minutes to redial the position of the table in because it drug the sheet out of place. Too high and you waste time, too low and you waste time and more than likely scrapped material.
