JMR Manual Tube Benders

JMR Manufacturing offers a complete line of tube and pipe benders. The JMR Manual bender is a great choice for the beginner and even the shop who does not bend tube all day every day. It is very easy to repeat bends with a manual bender.

JMR Manufacturing is not out to build the cheapest bender and dies. Some others have that well taken care of. If you are looking for a quality tool that is going to work when you need it to then JMR has a line of benders for you.

* MOST LEVERAGE of any manual tube bender
* Multiple Bending Speeds depending on model
* Billet Dies Available in 120 and 240 degrees
* Bronze Bushings at pivot points
* Bearings supported ratcheting mechanism
* Anodized black finish
* Lightweight and portable
* Built for industrial use yet very affordable
* Lifetime guarantee against breakage on dies
* Handle Included
* Optional Anti Spring Back Bar
* Optional Degree Ring and Pointer
* Ships UPS

If in the future you want to upgrade the bender to a hydraulic bender all you have to do is contact us for the parts to do so. This bender uses the same bender arms as our electric / hydraulic benders.

JMR does not make big bulky saw blade benders that get in the way when building parts with tight bends. JMR manufactures tube benders that work when you need them to work.

PM for special pricing and offers on this bender and other JMR product.

Thanks
Dan

If you are in the market for the BEST manual tube bender on the market be sure to hit me up. Check out the pictures... you will see the craftsmanship that went into building the JMR manaul bender. It is made in the USA... unlike some of the other benders out there.

If you want the best be sure to take a look at JMR benders, notchers, dimple dies, and other fabrication equipment.

We have been selling a lot of the manual benders lately. If you want the nicest manual bender on the market be sure to PM me. We are running a special on these right now. I am not posting the price because of our dealers. We are running this sale only through Pirate4x4.

If you are buying more than just the bender I will make sure you get a good deal on any package deal.

Thanks
Dan

Thanks to both Dan and Jim for helping me out with a new manual tube bender package. I really believe JMR offers the best manual bender on the market and I only buy quality tools and equipment. I spoke with Jim today and he was beyond helpful and cool to talk with. Appreciate the nice pricing and friendly service! I'll be using mine on square tubing for some prototyping work and can't wait to get it into the shop. If I find myself using it a lot, I already told Jim I'll give him a call back to purchase the electric hydraulic conversion.

Thanks for posting up. The JMR Manual Bender is the best bender in it's class. The machine work and craftsmanship in this tool will speak volumes. Post up some pics of what you are building with it. If you have any questions after receiving it be sure to ask.

Dan

I posted in the JMR Notcher something you should consider when buying a tool. You are in fact buying the "result" the tool offers. All of the bells and whistles some tube bender manufacturers offer are just things to try and pretty up a machine or over engineer the tool. Plan and simple the craftsmanship offered in the JMR Manual Tube Bender is the best in the industry. If you are looking for a tool that is going to produce RESULTS for many years to come and a tool you can count on you should consider JMR. The JMR bender does not have a big fancy saw blade bolted to it in an attempt to make it look cooler. With those type of benders you may find yourself having a difficult time with close back to back bends. In other words getting in the way of producing the RESULTS you are after. Again it comes down to RESULTS. JMR is the only tube bender company to offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY on tube bender dies.

Hit me up if you have any questions.

Thanks
Dan

A lot of people have been ordering manual benders with the deal we are offering. If you are in the market for a manual tube bender be sure to check out the best in the industry. This bender can be upgraded in the future to a elec/hyd version if you want. The JMR bender can bend heavy wall DOM tube. The arms are heat treated as well as the pins.

PM me for the special. Thanks for the interest in JMR fabrication tools. Let me know if you have any questions. I have bent a lot of tube for roll cages, bumpers, chassis, swing sets, and mail box posts. LOL The point is I am not just some sales guy trying to sale you on what I have been told by the boss. I have actual fabrication experience from years of building.

Call me if you have questions. 334-446-0321

Thanks
Dan

Just wanted to say that I received great service from both Dan and JMR when I ordered my bender. I am not disappointed in any way with my purchase.
