Introducing the NotchingBuddy™

Hello All,
Medford Tools is new as an official vendor on Pirate but not new on the supply scene. For years we’ve been distributing quality products for companies such as Baileigh, JD², Metal Pro, Evolution, Jet and many others.

As an official means of introduction we would like to present our new product that we have manufactured here in the states.
And that is the NotchingBuddy™. We feel that it will serve the offroad community well.

It’s a holding jig that easily secures most any curved (and straight) tube up to 2”. With all the recent interest generated from Baileigh’s new TN-250 (which is a wonderful tool), we didn’t want to go unnoticed with our new innovative fixture. Many of you guys already have a holesaw type notcher and with the addition of a NotchingBuddy™ anyone can easily notch in a bend…and you don’t have to break the bank getting one. The basic kit is only $169.95 ...and it can be used as a stand alone jig to notch on a drill press or a mill. There’s a lathe attachment kit too.

So with that said we invite you to visit the official NotchingBuddy™ site to check it out. Be sure to watch the videos showing it in use. We’ll be glad to answer any questions any of you might have.

Rodd

Thanks Bandit.

This jig is designed to fit onto most common holesaw notchers and because it can also be used as a stand alone - that definitely makes it handy.

How many countless hours have guys wasted on trying to secure a piece of curved tubing, only to have it go flying once they start cuttin' on it!
