Introducing MONSTALINER™ UV Permanent DIY Roll-On Bed Liner

Hello to all!

We are a new vendor on Pirate4x4 and I just want to introduce myself, our company and our products.

My name is Eric and I have 25+ years experience in coatings manufacturing. Our company Magnet Paints, is focused on industrial
maintenance and commercial fleet refinish coatings, epoxy and urethane concrete floor coatings and automotive restoration paints.

We are also the manufacturers of Chassis Saver™ Rust Preventive Truck & Auto Underbody Coating.
Chassis Saver is a high performance alternate to POR-15 at 45% lower cost.

Now on to MONSTALINER™

For the past 5 years, our lab has been developing and fine tuning a roll-on DIY bed liner. Monstaliner™ has evolved
through 4 generations of testing and field trials and in October 2009 the product was commercialized for sale.

I have personally been involved with installations on more than 25 vehicles in the last 5 years in which
my feedback and experience alone was the determining factor that the product was complete and ready for release.

Monstaliner started as a pet project. One of our employees had used a widely popular DIY bed liner on his
personal vehicle and was not so pleased with the outcome. He came into work one day with a mission and
for almost a year, he kept badgering the chemists in our lab to develop a better product.

One day after getting tired of listening to this guy rant, we sat down and mapped out what a
new generation do-it-yourself bed liner would have to offer to be successful. A first, we just toyed with the
project but we knew that a much better product was possible compared to those already on the market.

So here we are, very proud to present:

MONSTALINER™ High Performance DIY Roll On Bed Liner

I'm not going to write a book here so I will post web site links for those who are curious to check this out on their own time.

We have very good reputation on the web for our technical support and attention to customer needs.
Just search MONSTALINER from any search engine and you'll find interesting reading.

So please feel free to ask questions. I am always available to help.

Best Regards,
MagnetMan

Might as well post some pics that I have. This was in my last Jeep. It was in the Jeep for I believe about 6 months before the Jeep was totaled. My next Jeep (2004 Rubi) also has Monstaliner in it now:

Kind of backwards, but the pictures are more than a year old. Overall, great experience working with MagnetMan and his products. Great customer service already around and great products. I still remembered when I asked for him to resend the tracking number. He gave it to me, but also said that I didn't need it since the box was waiting in front of my garage. That was the same day it shipped out from their warehouse. It might have something to do with the fact that I live about 2 - 3 hours away from Amettyville.

Edit: MagnetMan, you should change 5 years to 6 now

That's a Dodge or Ram pickup?

If so 1 quart is not enough. Probably need 2.5 to 3 qts. May be best to get a gallon

Thanks on the Monstaliner. Not much action here on this. Decent traffic checking out our website though. But it's winter and Holidays coming.

I'm here if anyone has questions or want's to grill me.

Interested! I need enough liner to do my longbed dodge truck. Would one gallon be enough? Is the MEK used for cleaning/prepping surface? Include that as well.

Shipping to 31326?

Looks like an awsome product.

1 gallon is really just enough to do a Wrangler tub or a 6ft bed with 2 coats.

I don't rec trying to stretch it further. If you get the 2 gal kit you can get a 3rd coat on bed surface and tail gate. I'll give you a few extra rollers.
Yes MEK to clean but we don't sell MEK to ship (yet) I'm thinking about it being too flammable.
The Monstaliner does not carry a RED label so there's no hassle shipping it
Check Home Depot or Lowes for MEK

So the 2 Gal kit is $239, we ship free and we include 1 free quart Chassis Saver worth $34.75, your choice on color

Anything you add to a bed or tub will do something to deaden sound or at least change the way it sounds. How much is all relative to how thick the coating is.

So the answer is yes, some but I don't think it will be that dramatic or a night & day difference.

Absolutely, yes. It needs to be reduced for spray with approx 20 ounces of MEK per gallon of mixed coating.

With my 2004, the radio doesn't have volume numbers. With my last Jeep, the 2005 it did. I don't remember the exact numbers but I think I quantified a noise drop of about 20% in my Wrangler based on the comfortable listening volume at various speeds in matching conditions.

Some new photos

Here's some recent photos of an 89 YJ that had some nasty rust in the tub.
Chassis Saver silver-aluminum was used followed by 2 rolled on coats of Monstaliner.

How hard is the Monstaliner to remove if I change my mind later, or for repairs to the base metal. Would it stick to wood.. like an old stepside truck bed?

It's pretty tough but not impossible to remove. 2 heavy coats of paint remover covered with plastic has removed it. It's hard to sandblast. Grinding will remove it.

No problem on wood. Need to seal surfaces first with a clear polyurethane (Minwax type) or Chassis Saver works real well as a wood sealer. Reason for this is to save coating from penetrating and forcing the need for additional coats.

Monstaliner is still a "paint" type coating just with highly manipulated viscosity to enable getting texture without filling it with gritty particle matter like crumb rubber or abrasives.

I like the looks of this stuff. I wish this was around 5 years ago .

I put the El Cheapo gallon in my CJ and the wheel well tops are starting to peal And I have a hard top, stored indoors so it doesn't see a ton of sun.

Your probly getting three times the quantity and five times the quality using the Monstaliner. And it just shows up, you don't have to leave your house!

Yes, we have quarts in stock now. Catalyst is in a cool foil pouch.
Should be listed for sale on the website this week.
I'm waiting also for a small foam roller that we'll be selling.

Sweet, I'd love to try that on my bumper. The aerosol bed liner I used on my rear bumper and flares is really thin (bad on the steel) and not very flexible (bad on the plastic) so I'd like to use something else on my new front bumper.
