If I had to guess it would be because you were raving how good the PC THC was. Though this is still an open forum, it is paid for by TM and I don't blame them for removing posts when people compare some of their features being inferior to competitors products.
I think you should have just asked the question without mentioning a competitors name. Just my $.02

This forum is paid for and ran by TM. Feel free to ask anything you want about their ATHC's, but when you ask about other companies and how they stack up in comparison you'll quickly see that don't want any promotion of other competitors.

Nah....no worries man. Just trying to explain it for future questions that you may have. I don't think they (Torchmate) are trying to be jerks either for deleting the threads, but again, this is a paid forum by TM, so they have the right to remove threads with competitors names in it.

May want to post in the Shop & Tools forum if you want to compare manufacturers.

I have one and I have no issues with it. Like you stated in the other thread, the TM AVHC currently does not have the ability to perform corner lock out. However, that has never made a noticeable difference in my cut quality. I don't think corner lock out is a "must have" at all.
The AVHC is pricey, but worth every penny.

Probably not the right place to be asking the question....it does state "Forum to discuss Torchmate CNC cutting products". Maybe ask over on CNC Zone if you want honest answers. |

Changing the feedrate on holes is as easy as changing the feedrate/ramping settings in the driver software. however that is not the problem. The problem is that when you have AVHC in auto mode, and you slow down the feedrate for holes/radii, the torch wants to dive to the plate due to change in the arc voltage that it's sensing. Perhaps try changing the sensing delay to something quite a bit longer?

Deleting things like that looks like insecurity. People on here are looking for solutions, and good businesses provide those. @plays4keeps I would suggest CNCZone as well... no eggshells to walk on... |
