Thanks for the kind words. I do think that this forum is going to help everyone through the learning curve. A lot of guys on this board work through the night and on weekends. We are only open weekdays, so this should allow information to flow 24/7/365. I am happy to do it! Bill

When will you know which one will work because I was planning on having this ship with my table when you give me the weeks heads up which should be coming soon. I am really excited for this and hope you can look into this for me.

From seeing Dallas' videos and having a couple of his pieces sitting next to my desk here, it is definitely something I'd like down the road. The $2K price tag is a sticking point, though. Have to get the 2x2 table to earn me some money before I can invest more!

Bill,
You talk of a inline lubricator for the plate marker attachment do you have one that you can recommend or any to stay away from. Just trying to get a few things set up before my table comes in soon. Gord

I don't recall talk of an inline lubricator. Water separators are all we recommend I think, unless you heard different from one of the tech guys.

Bill I'm in the field all day and won't have time to call tech regarding the inline lubricator the website talks about for the the plate marker. Any way you could look into this and let me know.
Gord

Gord,
We run all of our current setups without any in line lubrication. Because there is a single air feed to the Plate Marker that goes to both the Pen and the Ram, we don't need to lubricate the ram itself. The Plate Marker works fine without it, only requiring a cleaning/lubrication after many many hours of use. |

I've run the hell out of mine with no lubrication either. I would be more concerned with the oil flowing through the solenoids than the marker running with no lube. I also think it would be a pain to try to run any type of inline lube system post solenoid.
