Bill,
I recently received my table and have a question about the machine torch holder. From earlier discussions I had thought it came with a dial on the top to manually adjust the height of the torch if need be? Can you please help me understand this. Gord

There is a red knob on top. It spins the lead screw which raises and lowers the tool.

I don't think I have received one all I received was a machined aluminum block with a black knob on one side and a tightening arm on the other. I have tried posting a pic but even though I have my red star I'm having issues sorry. Hope the description helps.

That is the machine torch holder, not the hand torch holder. Are you using a machine torch (straight barrel no trigger)? If you are, then you use the black knob to adjust the height because your machine torch has gear rack that meshes with the pinion in the holder. If not, then we need to swap out that torch holder because you have the wrong one.

Awesome Bill thank you for the quick response. I am using a Hypertherm machine torch for the table just wanted to make sure. I picked up my table yesterday in New York and I am floored on the quality of it and the plate marker. Soon as I get the uploading of pics mastered I have a ton of them I want to post.
