3rd run of 2x2's has started shipping

As some of you have already noticed, we began making phone calls today for the 3rd shipment of Torchmate 2x2 CNC Prototyping Systems. This shipment is 50 units. Just crating them all up takes a bit of time. They are being tested and crated beginning today. If all goes well, we should have a steady stream of them leaving here daily from now on. I worry a little bit that there are a bunch of people that have been waiting for us to get caught up before placing their order. Realize that if this happens, then all bets are off. We will just keep pumping them out. I also have a retailer that has ordered a bunch of units and if it takes off for them, then all bets are off too. The goal is to get to where we have them sitting here in stock. As of now, that should be a reality by the end of the month. Unfortunately it is not completely in our control, so bear with us.

Many people have sent me PM's for pricing. Please, please call our toll free number and talk to one of my sales folks. They can help you much more quickly than I can and most likely give you more up to date information. I hope no one feels put off. I just can't keep up.

Thanks for your patience!!!

Bill

I am soooo ready for it to show up. Tired of having to drive 30 miles to have parts cut. How do I find out what number I am in line???

How are you guys finding out where you are in order? I have no clue but I was told I would get mine around the end of March. So maybe I will be on the 3rd run.

Hi Oliver!

Just give me until the end of the day to answer. We are in the middle of a pile of them going out. The hope is to be at 90 here in the next day or two. I saw that you are number 77. Building the crates takes a lot of time. We have a sample machine going back and forth across the US testing the new box setup with UPS. For now, all are going out via freight in a wooden crate that we build in house. We are being pretty thorough in our packaging and have not had a single issue except for the one crate that we tried to ship UPS.

How many days does it typically take to get out to the east coast? I'm trying to plan a day off of work to get mine setup and running.

Freight Shipping should be 5-7 days across the country, depending on the weather situation.

so I mad the mad dash across Utah and Nevada to tourchmate and back yesterday. Got the machine home last night at 9pm or so.

here is the machine sitting in the shop as we were checking it out. Note the celebratory beverage.

we had a big glitch as well, But i think its getting handled though. we hope to have it up and running by the end of this weekend.

I heard that there was a connector or something missing. Are they handling it? Let me know if there is anything I can do.
