Question Just got my 2x2 and have questions

Hi,

I just received my 2x2 table and have everything working except for mounting the Z axis or the hand torch holder. The tool mounting plate does not match the diagram in the instructions and it looks like I might be missing a part for mounting the router on the Z axis. Does anyone have pictures of the router mounted with the new style (I guess) tool mounting plate.

Thanks,
Darin

Darin,

The change we made is to make the L bracket for the hand torch holder a removable feature, that now bolts on instead of being welded on. If you ordered a hand torch holder you should have received this piece and the hardware for it.

Another thing, is some of the torch holders and Z axis columns came with the mounting block clocked at a 90 degree angle to where the bolt holes should be, vertical instead of horizontal. There is a set screw on the bottom of that block that will allow you to adjust that back 90 degrees to a horizontal mounting position.

If you have any questions on it, give us a call and we can walk you through it.
