2x2 Routing is mirrored?

I finally got to toy with my routing package on the 2x2 the other weekend, and got it cutting just fine, but am confused as to why it is cutting things backwards.

here's a short vid of a simple logo being routed with a v-cutter:
YouTube - RenzFab cnc router
(i just mirrored the CAD so that it'd cut properly)

What sucked for this file is it got about 95% done and then the software lost contact with the router and the cnc just stopped moving. I tried to started the program from where it left off in the gcode, but apparently picked the wrong line - it jogged to another point but didn't raise the z axis when travelling and routed a sweet line across what'd already been cut. It was just scrap MDF that i was playing with so not a big deal, but still was annoying since i had nothing to show off after i was done.

So anyway, are there settings that need to be changed somewhere? I guess the machine is just assuming that it's cutting parts from the back of the material rather than the top?

The motor signals for one axis are simply reversed. Page 34 of the 2x2 instructions explain this in small detail.

Basically what ever axis is going the long ways on the board needs to be reversed in it's motor direction (Configuration - System - Motor Signals) to make it move correctly.
