The Last Words

Seems odd that the last thing you hear on their commercial is "Hey this is Tech Support!" ? Do these machine require a lot of help from them or something?

No, but the majority of people that buy them for themselves have little to no experience operating a cnc machine. They can be confusing. Its good to be able to call and get some help.

I went back and forth about that. The thing is that our extremely high level of support is truly what separates us from everyone else that sells this type of equipment. Buying a cnc machine is a very overwhelming proposition to many people. The main point we were trying to get across is that we will always be here for you. We have invested millions in our support infrastructure and few other companies have made that committment to their customers.

I'm a barn tinker'r and the whole torch mate idea is awesome, if I could afford one I would get one but that isn't in the cards for me. Tech support from companies in the main stream seems dead to me, Props to you guys for killing it with such an awesome product and I'm digging the vid.
