New Torchmate 2x2 Water Table Now Available

Well, here it is. After many revisions and prototypes, we are proud to make available our new Torchmate 2x2 Water Table. The actual water bed portion is removable for easy cleaning or when you want to use the router to mill wood, plastic or other material. It has a male hose adapter and shut off valve built into the bottom for easy draining and filling. Your Torchmate 2x2 machine will bolt straight onto it. It also has threaded holes in the bottom of the legs for leveling feet if your floor is such that you need them. You purchase the steel for the slats locally because the added shipping will cost as much as the slats themselves. We will be selling these for $750. Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery, although that time will shorten as we get a better idea how many we need to make weekly. As with everything, the one part I can't control is the powder coating process. If I hit our powder coater with pile of product at once, then it will push out the lead time a little.

If you have run a Torchmate CNC plasma cutter or any cnc plasma cutting machine, then you will know how nice it is to not have to worry about the smoke and dust. We wanted to be able to offer a table to those folks that don't have time to make one for themselves. Give a call in to our sales department if you have questions. (866)571-1066. I will try to post up more pictures. We are offering these tables to Pirate customers first. Unfortunately, the usual 10% Pirate discount does not apply to this particular product at this point.

Very nice!

Offer a suggestion though? Paint the rivets black. I used to build those white radar trailers (my boss was the invetor of them and sold the patent to SMART, so this was a long time ago). The panels were all powder coated and then after riveting it together, I'd grab a paint brush and the lid from the paint can and paint over 200 rivets white. ...I also sealed each rivet with caulk first, to hide the 'hole' in the middle.

yeah, it might sound like a lot of time wasted, but it does make for a nicer looking product (detail) and once you've done several thousand rivets, you get pretty efficient! lol
