I am thinking of selling my Powermax 45 with hand and machine torch. Barely used. Always has the cover on it.

I'm located in Illinois, but I could ship it. I should still have the factory box from when I bought it. I think I want to switch over to the routing attachment. No money for both. Bunch of spare torch parts.

Would anyone be interested? If I sell it I also have all the filters and desiccant drier i might part with also.

Might even let the water tray custom built for my 2x2 go. Its a all aluminum drop in tray with slat holders. Meant to sit on a table or be supported.

Ok. Here are some pictures. Not the best quality, used my phone. And the machine torch still has dust and dirt on it from cutting. I cant disassemle yet because Im supposed to be doing a job any day here. Then I can take it apart.

If someone wants the P45, machine and hand torch, I can include the spark guard I made and the mounts that bolt onto the machine for it. In its current setup, and mainly because of my water table, the machine can only run 23.125x23.125"

The P45 has always been covered when not in use. Prolly only about 7 cutting hours on the machine. 4 on the hand torch while mounted in the 2x2, and 3 on the machine torch. I sold the hand torch mount to a member awhile back. $35 storage cover. Machine torches is 25', and the hand 20' by the website. No cuts, burns or any damage to the torch hoses.

As far as consumables, the hand torch as a full set of hand cutting 45 amp consumables mounted in it.

I have the whole extra container of consumables also. Which includes:

2 New 30 amp nozzles
2 New 30 amp electrodes
6 New 45 amp electrodes
Never used gouging setup

A fully setup 30amp and 45 amp head for the machine torch. Includes the retaining cap, nozzle, swirl ring, electrode. And the 45 has the shield.

1 New 45 amp mechanized cutting shield, and 3 used ones. 2 of them in great condition.

A bunch of extra used, but good shape electrodes and nozzles.

Plus there is a spare 30 amp retaining cap

I added this up in a online store and was about $250 worth of consumables. Id say $180 of it is new.

If you take the whole package and want the machine torch mount from torchmate, $120 extra. These are $175 new. Ill include the custom spark guard and brackets. The cable carrier is not included

I'd like to sell it all complete. If not Ill come up with some broke up pricing.
You will not be disappointed in the cleanliness and excellent condition of the unit and torches. Only thing thats dirty is the clamp from sitting in the water table. Could easily replace it with a magnetic ground clamp. I never got around to it.

Guys that sent me a PM, I gotta try and sell the p45 before I can seperate things. If I cant sell it for a good price then Ill just end up keeping it.

A guy on another forum offered $1k for the machine. Which I thought was crazy. This thing is like brand new for slightly used price. Not one of those drug around the garage or shop and smashed hose units. If someone is looking for a new machine with a slight discount this is the unit.

Or if anyone is interested in the whole 2x2, cart, water table, all airline filters & drier (which is mounted to the cart), powermax 45, cable carrier, ready to plug in and cut let me know. Just like in the vid, but the cable carrier and maybe some other stuff wasnt installed when the vid was made. The whole cart setup. We can figure out a price. If I get a good offer I'd prolly go with a shopbot buddy more meant for routing. Otherwise Ill route with the 2x2 for now and see how things go.

I'm guessing its worth about $5-6k?

Im local and have a old powermax 900 that I wouldn't mind selling and moving into something newer. I only need the hand torch setup. I can get that model delivered to my door via ebay with the cover for $1580 with full new warranty. If you want to stop hemming and hawing, how much for your used machine with the hand torch and hand torch consumables?

I bought it September of 2010. It has a 3 year powersupply and 1 year torch warranty. So there is plenty left.

I can ask Jim about the warranty.. I have done many transfers via paypal. If sent as a personal transaction there are no fees. Otherwise a check would work. But Id have to let it clear 5-7 days before I could ship.

Here is a quote direct from jimcolt for the warranty:

"As long as you provide the new owner with some proof of purchase....the machine is covered for the duration regardless of the owner.

It can be sold a hundred times and still have the original warranty."

And I have the original invoice papers for all the pieces.
