Ok I know I read this on here somewhere and I have spent more than enough time trying to find it ... can someone please tell me how to delet every second node on a drawing ?

I know you select the nodes and they all turn blue and then select them again and they all turn red and then there was a CTRL "Something" which let you deselect half of them so you could simplify the drawing be reducing the millions of nodes auto trace etc put on.

Anyway I can't for the life of me remember what CTRL key it was .

Ok I have found teh answer.

Select all the nodes and press "U" no CTRL etc just U on itself. This will deselect half the nodes and then just press delete.
