I am tearing into my Allison out of my 03 Duramax this weekend and just want to make sure I have all the parts I will need along with the common wear parts that should be changed.

I am building with a PPE Stage 5 kit and a Precision Industries ML Convertor.

In addition to these parts I have purchased a complete bushing kit, I also got a PI drive flange and an assortment of bearings listed below.

2- Allison T1/T6 Bearing - Early

1- Allison T2 Bearing

2- Allison T3-T5 Bearing

1- Allison T4 Bearing

I also got two PTO cover gaskets, Deep pan, filter loc and some assembly lube. I got a Transfer case wear kit and gasket and the fluids needed for both.

What else can I expect to need to complete this build, I don't mind getting small parts if there in a possibility of needing them. The truck has 150k on it but it has been driven hard so I just want to cover my bases.

You sound like your ducks are in a row, just make sure you do a pump rub kit since you will have the tcase out.

Also, report back as i want to do this in the next year.

Linear Mode Switch to Hybrid Mode Switch to Threaded Mode
