I like it.
you'll probably have to reinforce the aluminum deck since the box structure is gone now.

this is how i bought it, so what i have done is remove rest of walls, cut slots in rear bumper for ramps, attached e trac on the deck for strapping down trucks, added wing, added 3 inch flowmaster exhaust with long side dump, i have diamond plate sheered up to attach down the sides just havent drilled holes in it yet to bolt them one, plan to build a nice back rack behind cab and add a winch to pull dead vehicles up on.

I really like that too. Nice low deck!

Build a header rack for the cab just in case one of those trucks comes loose!

IIRC the GMC uhuals are 7.4L motors and allison 4 speeds.

OP, you'd be surprised at how much shear strength those ply wood walls gave the aluminum deck.
mine flexed with a box attached. At least run some angle iron down the sides and bolt it to the flange the box attached too.

With mine the only difference was that the trailer brakes made it stop better.... But I have 4.56 gears with the Cummins, so acceleration and power isn't the issue, the 58mph top speed is lol
