We see this a lot. messicans buy these, hook them together and tow them to mexico to make a few bucks.

Sad part is the hitch is probally held together by shoestrings and zip ties.

Have seen tons of them east bound out of Phoenix, mostly trucks with a tow vehicle. Quite a number of them have rolled part way to Casa Grande and end up closing the interstate to Tucson for hours. They should all be stopped by DPS and checked for safety and legals!

Don't you think maybe that twine is holding the hatch down and not holding the pipe in....

does this one qualify?

fulcrum point was definitely behind the tailgate.. front being held down by a few 99 cent rubber bungees.

Finally!!!

Looks like he was at a Lowe's getting scrap metal. Those shelving support beams are heavy. It appears to be held down by those heavy duty bungees. I can't imagine that would hold if he went over any kind of bump at all.

Around here they've been hauling mid size toyota trucks and suvs of late. Lot of times there'll be a caravan of them, three or four drive vehicles dragging a vehicle or two apiece.
