Doug Nash DNE2 Overdrive wiring

Picked up a DNE2 overdrive at the junkyard today for $50. Wires were cut and there were no switches or anything in the cab. Anyone got an idea of how I could wire this thing up in a simple fashion?

No idea how these things work- figured i'd ask before I start hooking power up to random wires and seeing what happens

Going on an 85 F250 diesel with a C6 if that matters at all.
