Expiditers online has some info in their forum about straight trucks usually. Good info there.

tons of trial truck vids on youtube, you can watch for hours, check out Berlin and Breslau rally and several similar ones in Russia and Poland in addition to the big African races like Dakar, which is now dead and has been replaced with a Central European Rally Series made up of multiple smaller events. There is talk of a large South American Rally for 2009, but the director of last years rally was quoted as saying there would never be another Dakar type rally in Africa.

This site has a ton of MDT/HDT info, especially for towing, RV, Conversion projects, and the like.
