'03/'04 Chevy Fender Flares....
...the black ones that typically come on 4x4's.... do they come off easily? i.e. can you just removed them, and little buffing and you'd never know?
In the market for a new rig and I'm *almost* finding what I want, but a couple of the close candidates have the ugly black flares on them and I think they look like ass on a white rig (white for work). I would prefer it just sheet metal. I've seen body colored flares, but that would be a fair chunk of $$ to have them painted or swapped that I'd rather but into more useful things like storage or tuner... I know, kind of a lame question, but since I don't have one (yet) I have to ask somewhere.

I replaced a body colored flare on my 03 1500HD after someone hit me. Mine did have double sided tape at the top, not sure when or in what cases they used it. Not a hard job
