Cushioned hitch pins
anybody see these?
Looks like they went from the 5/8 pin an 1/2 pin, but taking the shock load out of the ride would be nice http://www.onestepmfg.com/hitchpin.html

I've seen em but never used them. Decent idea, but I wonder how long will the coating last with it being sheared continually on both sides the hitch moving back and forth in the receiver? Anyone used these?

Get a cushioned ball mount instead. Somehow I have a feeling they'll last longer
