Tranny temp guage
I was wondering how everyone has mounted the sending unit for the temp guage? I have a 1/2 ton Chevy, and was wondering on how everyong has managed to do it.
Thanks

I drilled out the bottom of the pan and welded in a bung with the proper pipe thread. Piece of cake. There are also in-line units (installed in the line going to or from your cooler), but I prefer to measure the temp in the sump since that is what you are feeding the tranny, and is really all you can control temperature wise. That's my $0.02
