Frame stripped.

Lifted the trailer a bit to allow a bigger wheel / tire combo.

We also boxed the frame and did some minor gusseting to take the extra weight.

Time for the roof. The best way we could figure to cut the bows was to use a straight router on jig. Frank made the jig out of scrap mdf.

Very cool build. Is there enough room for sleeping space in the front? Looks like it might be a little tight.

 

Yeah, it's actually based off a sunline ultra light floor plan. Sleeps 2.
