All Pro or Demello front bumper?
What are you guys running and how are you liking it? Any tips/tricks to the install? How much did it drop the front end?
I'm looking for a winch bumper, either the All pro with the small hoop or the Demello with both sets of hoops. I'm going to also get a Warn M8000 winch. I'm also looking at getting a set of 3/4" top spacers to offset the weight of the bumper/winch and level the truck. Allpro Demello ![]() Thanks guys.

All Pro has slightly better clearance & only weighs 77lbs for the winch model - lightest & highest clearance on the market & comes powdercoated black for no extra charge!

BTW, you should use the Warn 9.5xp winch for the All Pro bumper. Jon designed the bumper around this nice little winch, which is the NON-INTEGRATED model, so it's smaller and fits nicely, and its a real clean look. The 9.5xp is pricey though, and will run you about $900-$1100 depending on where you purchase it. I found online retailers to be the best bet and the shipping charges often wash out the no-tax thing, and some places even offer free shipping.
I wouldn't buy the winch until you finalize a bumper selection. And my vote... we love our All Pro bumper!!! Last edited by Spotter's Wife; 08-28-2007 at 10:05 PM. |

Clearance looks about the same on both of them. Weight? I'm sure they are not that much diffrent, exspecialy after you put a winch in them. Comes down to which look you like better. Some people like apples, some oranges.

Having seen both bumpers side by side, I'd get the Demello bumper myself. Both look good, both have good clearance, but I think the Demello bumper is more stout. Sorry, no real data, I haven't crash tested either one.

Both are good products. I've had my hands on both, but prefer the Fab Fours unit. And their upcoming rear is the shiznit...

bumper
After the fiasco I had with Exp-One receiving only half of the original order, no instructions and the wrong hardware, I swore I would not promote their product. But the fact is, it is the best I've seen yet -my opinion. It's hella strong and about 100 lbs. Pictures were taken in the Rubicon and yes, I did have to use recovery equip. No probs.

I like my all-pro winch bumper. you can fit an M8000 with slight modification to the bumper (redrill some mounting holes for the solenoid)
I got it because its light, and has really good clearance.

I have the All-Pro winch bumper!! I love it and have recovered myself and a few others. Is holding up very well. I run a T-maxx 6000, had to redrill mounting holes. But it fit very nice
All-Pro gets 2 Thumbs up

The All-Pro, DO, and EO bumpers all look great, and have good feedback from their prespective owners. However, I do know (have seen) that the Fab-Four and ARB bumbers can take a direct hit with minimal damage. Fab-Four head on with a Ford F-250, ARB head on with 2ft dia tree and both FJCs drove away.

I have the X-1 bumper and it is STRONG. Also it is lighter than the Fab-Fours or ARB. Plus it has great clearence in the front with the ability to mount your solenoid to your winch, which is a big plus to me. You also get the whole bumper, powdercoated with lights for a good deal.
